1. Where will games be played?
Games are held at Springtown Elementary School located at 416 E 3rd ST, Springtown, TX.
2. What time will games be played?
Games are typically scheduled between [Insert Start Time] and [Insert End Time], usually in the morning or early afternoon.
3. Can I request siblings to be on the same team?
Yes! You can request siblings to be placed on the same team during registration. We do our best to accommodate.
4. Can I request a coach?
Yes, coach requests can be made during registration. While not guaranteed, we’ll do our best to honor them.
5. If I am a coach, can I pay an additional charge to create my own team?
Yes, coaches have the option to form their own team for an additional fee. Contact us at [email protected] for more details.
6. Can I request my child to play in a different age division?
Age division changes are reviewed case-by-case based on skill level and safety. Submit your request to [email protected] after registering.
7. What equipment is required for players?
Players need a mouthguard and cleats (no metal). Uniform and flags are provided. Please see question 16 regarding cleats.
8. When will I find out my child’s team and schedule?
You’ll receive team rosters and game schedules 1–2 weeks before the season starts via email and our website.
9. How are teams formed?
Teams are formed based on age, and any approved coach or sibling requests.
10. What is the refund policy?
Refunds are available until the last day of late registration, minus a small processing fee. No refunds after uniforms are ordered.
11. Are there weekday practices?
Yes. Most teams practice twice a week, no more than an hour, depending on coach availability and field space.
12. How long is the season?
The season runs for a total of 6 weeks of regular games, followed by 1 week of playoffs, and then concludes with the Super Bowl in the final week.
13. Is there an end-of-season tournament or awards?
Yes! Most divisions will compete in playoffs leading up to a Super Bowl game. At the end of the season, 1st and 2nd place teams in each division will receive trophies, and all players will be given participation certificates to celebrate their season.
14. Are volunteers or assistant coaches needed?
Yes! We rely on volunteers to keep things running smoothly. Let us know during registration if you're interested. Head coaches will receive a discount.
15. What happens if it rains?
Weather updates and game cancellations will be communicated via email, text, and social media.
16. I have old cleats. Where can I take them for others to use?
We’re currently collecting gently used cleats to redistribute to players in need!

17. Is this league for boys, girls, or coed?
Tri County Flag Football League is coed—boys and girls are welcome and encouraged to play in all age divisions!
18. Will the league provide referees for the games?
Yes, each game will have two referees assigned by the league. Referees will be paid and are responsible for enforcing the rules, maintaining game flow, and ensuring fair play.
